Heating Instructions

Keep Frozen- Do Not Defrost

Oven

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 15-25 minutes.
  3. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cooking time, then carefully peel back, avoiding escaping steam. Enjoy!

Microwave

  1. Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes until heated. (If the meal was defrosted, decrease cooking time).

Rice was the best. Had to pour water off veggies, patty tasteful.

Rice and cheese are a little too spicy for me but the beef patty, corn and broccoli is just FINE without it. (Love your brown nutty rice and would have preferred that - but like this meal a lot anyway)
