Whole wheat pasta provides more fiber, which fills you up more, with the additional benefits of more protein, vitamin B, antioxidants and healthy fats. Because it is made by hand, it is still tender and delicious. When accompanied by Chef Francesco's famous Eggplant Parmigiana in tomato pesto sauce, it is a marriage made in heaven.

Heating Instructions

General

KEEP FROZEN - Do Not Defrost.

  • Appliances vary, adjust heating time accordingly.
  • When serving, add salt & pepper to taste...Bon Appetit!

Oven

  1. No need to puncture film.
  2. Heat in 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

Microwave

  1. No need to puncture film.
  2. Microwave on HIGH for 4 -5 minutes or until heated through
  3. Carefully remove film and serve.

Just OK. Not outstanding. Pasta seemed very dry and very scant.

The Eggplant parmigiana is really delicious. But the whole wheat rigatoni seems to always come out of the microwave hard, dry, & not edible. Perhaps replace it with a nice vegetable side.
