  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place meal on baking sheet and use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Heat in oven for 15-25 minutes.
  3. Leave film on meal for 1 minute after cooking time, then carefully peel back, avoiding escaping steam. Enjoy!

Microwave

  1. Use a knife or fork to puncture the film. Microwave on high for 4-5 minutes until heated. (If the meal was defrosted, decrease cooking time).

Mmmmm. The pesto chicken was delicious. The veggies were good also although I did cheat and put a little unsalted butter on them.

Tasty and easy, good for the low sodium diet. Lower rating on this one because it only has 240 calories, which is not enough for most people to stay healthy.
